    Your delivery window begins after the order has shipped, not at checkout. Standard transit time is typically 7–20 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

    We do not display flat shipping rates or specific fees — delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and method.

    Section 3: If Something Comes Up

    • Delivery Issues & Non-Receipt

    If you have not received your package, contact us within 24 hours of the carrier marking it as delivered. If proof of non-receipt is provided and verified, we will arrange either a reshipment or a refund.

    Section 4: Special Situations

    • Refused Deliveries

    If an order is refused at delivery, a refund will be processed once the package is returned to us. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.

    • Unauthorized Returns

    If a package is returned without our approval, we may refuse the package. Any costs resulting from unauthorized returns are the responsibility of the customer.
